Excerpt from letter to the Prime Minister by Ken Neumann, National Director

“While thousands of lesbians and gays have already taken advantage of the right to marry awarded by courts in the majority of Canadian jurisdictions, uniformity of access and recognition of lesbian and gay marriages awaits a national solution. No further community resources should have to be wasted on yet more court cases to ensure that all lesbians and gays across Canada have access to equal civil marriage.”
